REFUND & RETURN POLICY

 

At ARZ Home Made Food, we take utmost care to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Since our items are food products and perishable in nature, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards.

 

1. No Returns

We do not accept returns under any circumstances, as our products are food-grade and cannot be resold or reused once dispatched. Please check product details carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Replacements or Refunds

A replacement or refund will only be provided if:

The product is damaged, leaked, or defective at the time of delivery.

You receive a wrong product from us.

You inform us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

To raise a request, please email us at support@arzhomemadefood.com with:

Your Order ID

Photos of the damaged or incorrect product

A short description of the issue

Our team will review your request and, if approved, issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

 

3. Important Notes

Opened or partially used products will not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Refunds will not be processed for incorrect orders placed by the customer.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining our hygiene and safety standards.
