• We make every effort to ensure product details, images, and descriptions are accurate, but slight variations may occur due to natural ingredients and handmade processing.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed directly through our website or authorized partners (like Flipkart, Meesho, etc.).

• All prices are listed in INR (₹) and include applicable taxes.

• Payment methods include UPI, debit/credit cards, and other secure online gateways.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Orders are processed within 2–4 working days and usually delivered within 5–8 business days depending on your location.

• ARZ Home Made Food is not responsible for delays caused by courier or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation

• As food products are perishable, returns are not accepted once the product is opened or used.

• Refunds or replacements will be provided only for damaged, defective, or wrongly delivered products, reported within 48 hours of delivery.
